Michael Vaudagna
General Manager
Since 2011, Michael Vaudagna has managed Precision’s office and construction. His vast experience in the pool industry spans more than a decade. Father of four and recent grandfather, Michael enjoys fishing and playing soccer with his family and friends. Michael demonstrates his commitment to the community by teaching martial arts to underprivileged children and fundraising to benefit Houstonians in need.
Tracy Szalczer
Administrative Assistant
Tracy has been in the swimming pool business for 9+ years and has been with Precision Swimming Pools for 2+ years. She is married and has 2 children as well as an English Bulldog named Holly who thinks she’s a human child and is spoiled rotten. Tracy loves to be out on the water whenever possible. In her spare time, she likes to travel and she loves to go fishing. She has outstanding communication skills, and she has an amazing rapport with Precision Swimming Pool’s customers. Tracy is truly a “Jacqueline” of all trades!
Scott Shaw
Swimming Pool Designer
Scott Shaw, has been designing and building pools and outdoor spaces since 1993. Over the years the Native Texan has designed elaborate projects as well as fun family pools! Scott also has many years of experience designing and building outdoor living spaces, summer kitchens, fire pits, pool houses, pergolas, and cabanas. Scott has won national design awards for his creativity and has a knack for making the pool fit the space, with many pool Projects to his credit; if you are looking for a small Inner Loop space, Scott has many of those projects to his credit. There are no projects too big and, of course, no projects too small for Scott!
Todd Lakes
Swimming Pool Designer
A graduate of the University of Houston Todd has been in the pool industry for more than 25 years and built pools in three of the country’s top pool markets. Todd has a saltwater aquarium with several fish and coral. With the last name of Lakes, a career in swimming pools, and certification as a scuba diving instructor he claims water is in his blood!
Marc Vaudagna
Swimming Pool Designer and Pool Remodel Designer
Marc has on ongoing commitment to continuing education and is a firm believer for its need in the pool industry. Marc’s involvement in all aspects of the project, attention to detail and commitment to communication with clients ensures that you not only have a distinctive pool design for your backyard, but one that reflects your taste and that functions just right for you and your family. Marc has been married 21 plus years and has two wonderful children. He enjoys all outdoor activities with his family. Marc has been active Rotarian for the past 20 years, working with his local community as well as on international projects.
William Vaudagna
Lifestyle Design Specialist: PHTA Certified Builder Professional
William Vaudagna, Lifestyle Design Specialist with Precision Pools & Spas, has earned the Certified Pool Builder (CBP) certification. He joins a community of professionals who have demonstrated their dedication to higher standards of practice in the pool and hot tub profession.
The Certified Builder Professional is a nationally recognized designation. This program provides in-depth knowledge to build any swimming pool. All CBPs must complete the GENESIS Construction School course (C201 or C260) and pass the CBP exam to qualify for this program.
Joe Bertani
Construction Superintendent
Joe has been in the construction industry for 15+ years and has been with Precision Swimming Pools since 2011. He loves anything to do with cars and is a diehard sports fan especially football. Joe is a native Texan and has lived in Houston, Tx his whole life. In Joe’s spare time he likes to golf and fish. You would know who Joe is by the sports team hats he’s always wearing. Joe strives to make his customers have a great pool building experience from start to finish.
